Your mission
Reporting to the CEO, the role incorporates:
- Holding primarily responsibility for providing executive leadership and management of corporate marketing activities, which include: To develop and implement the marketing and communication strategy, brand development in line with the positioning always the best climate
- Lead the transformation for all Zehnder Group marketing and sales organisations from classical marketing to the digital future
- Create state-of-the-art customer experience and create demand, make selling easier and more profitable
- Provide seamless omni-channel experience so that customers can order, inquire, pay and receive support in a consistent way from any channel at any time
- Lead and develop the teams of Group Marketing and the Marketing Service Centre (Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications Services)
- Manage the overall marketing efficiency globally and locally in relation to budget, output and processes
- Define and implement analytics and measurement tools to provide marketing teams with relevant KPIs, reports and lessons learned
- Liaise with external agencies and Group IT to increase productivity and to implement digital tools
Yourself
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a digital and classic international marketing organisation, executing programs on customer acquisition, marketing automation, digital media, cross channel campaign management, personalisation, date management and analytics
- Proven track record in developing and implementing international digital marketing strategies in B2C and B2B environment
- Master degree in Business Administration / Economics / STEM, with further qualification in Marketing Management
- Deep understanding of how to use classic and digital marketing channels, techniques, and operating models
- Ability to assess and optimise processes, standards, governance, digital marketing organisation structure
- Culturally open, you have worked and are at ease in an international matrix organisation
- Strong business and commercial acumen with strong people and leadership skills
- Strong communication, presentation and reporting skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%, mainly in Europe
